1-Day Pilot Event Cancellation, Refund and Payment Conditions Agreement

  1. Parties
    This agreement is between HUBEK Aviation (hereinafter referred to as the “School”) and the participant who has applied for the event and completed the registration procedures (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”).

  2. Scope of the Agreement
    This agreement has been prepared to regulate the Participant’s participation in the ‘1-Day Pilot’ event, cancellation and refund processes. By approving this agreement, the Participant declares that they have accepted all the conditions specified below.

  3. Cancellation and Refund Conditions by the Participant
    3.1. The Participant may request cancellation at least 7 days before the event date after completing their final registration. In this case, 90% of the total fee will be refunded, and the remaining 10% will be deducted for transaction and organization expenses.3.2. No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date.

  4. Cancellation and Postponement Conditions by the School
    4.1. The event may be postponed by the School if suitable weather conditions are not provided or if the aircraft is not operationally suitable. In such cases, the Participant will be informed as soon as possible and the flight date will be postponed to the next available date.4.2. In case of postponement, the Participant may use their payment on the new date of the event or request the full amount. In cancellations made by the School, the full amount will be refunded without any deductions.

  5. Payment Conditions
    5.1. In order to complete the final registration process, the payment must be made to the account numbers or payment system specified by the School.5.2. The registration process is finalized after the payment is approved.

  6. Force Majeure
    If the event cannot be held due to force majeure reasons such as natural disasters, epidemics, decisions taken by official authorities or airspace closure, the flight will be postponed and a new date will be determined. In this case, the participant can choose the option of a refund or a flight on a new date.

  7. Approval and Acceptance
    The participant confirms that he/she has read, understood and accepted the specified conditions of this agreement during the application.
