HIGH SCHOOL PILOTAGE OPTION
PURPOSE OF THE COURSE
The purpose of the piloting option is to raise awareness of the pilot profession and prepare them for licensing training by providing theoretical training and orientation flights on the weekends before the licensing training for 9th and 10th grade students who are under the age of pilot license.
COURSE START REQUIREMENTS
- Being at least 14 years old or over 14 years of age.
- Being at least a secondary school or equivalent school graduate,
- To have a valid 1st or 2nd class health certificate issued by aviation medical centers authorized by the General Directorate of Civil Aviation.
THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE EDUCATION
Candidates receive a total of 6 hours of theoretical training on weekends and Saturdays, for a total of 216 hours.
FLIGHT TRAINING
Candidates receive a total of 4 hours of flight training during their orientation training.
